Template Doesn't show in Template Folder

Hi,

I created some templates & saved them in Template Folder.

That template shows in Template folder from within eSignal.

But if I go to that template Folder from C/ProgramFiles/eSignal/Template folder, it doesn't show there. Thus I cannot Save that template folder as a back up in another drive. If I do the templates that I created don't show in that backup folder so I cannot copy paste those templates when I upgrade eSignal.

I tried saving it as All Files as well as .ach file & it still doesn't work.

Please tell me the solution.

Hi Alex,

I read that thread with no success.

I have Windows 7 & have UAC turned on.

I went to C/Users but there isn't Virtual Store folder. There are only two folders. One with my name the other is Public.

So I am not sure what Avery meant by Users Virtual Store.

I also Turned the UAC off & tried to save those templates in a new Template folder I created in C:/Programs Files/eSignal/Template 2

Even then that file didn't show up in eSignal Directory as Avery Suggested.

So please help me find & then save & back up those files.
