Loading more data

Hi,

How do I get eSignal to load in more data, in particular more tick data? I have tried editing the time templates but it has no effect. This should be easy, but I find it totally baffling. Tradestation is dead easy and obvious. eSignal is not. Any assistance is appreciated.

Where is eSignal support on this? I"m not impresed that not even one person from eSignal gave assistance.
