Saving Images

Hi

As of now, while i save images in version 10.6 using right click > save image feature; it automatically uses .png format.

Is there a way to change that default. Can we change that to JPG??

I did some testing and as far as I can tell you cannot change the default from .png. I've spoken with our Product Manager about this and .png was selected as the default file type because it offers the best resolution for the size of the screenshots.

You could save the screenshots as a .jpg using something like paint or other similar application.

The problem got solved. It looks like that eSignal automatically doesn't understand UNC paths but only LFS paths.

I was using a UNC path till now.
