  • 64 bit Performance is not good

I am trusting that the performance issues you had with 64bit beta release have been fixed with this new 64bit version - I would like to be able to trade tomorrow!

Edit - I have loaded the 64bit - I hope this is not indicative of the performance tomorrow when the data is live. The charts are loading slowly, especially the daily, weekly, monthly charts - as is the Detailed Quote chart.

If I want to go back to the pre-December 32bit version, how do I do that now that you have discontinued the beta testing thread?

64 bit Performance is not good

I have loaded many charts and the performance is not good at all.

Hopefully someone is reading this now - please provide a link to the beta version right before the December beta - it worked perfectly for me. I spoke with someone in your tech department 2 weeks ago and they said there were issues with the 64bit - those issues are still there in my opinion.

I had the same problem with the December 32 bit so please don't tell me to use that one.

I had to go back to the November beta

"If you see "64-Bit Operating System", we strongly recommend that you download the 64-Bit version of eSignal to take full advantage of the improved performance that comes with eSignal 11."

I would love to but after giving it a fair test, this 64bit version is terribly slow - and eventually the program crashes. I reinstalled the November 32bit beta and it works perfectly.

      I am running Windows 7, i7 CPU, 9gb RAM with 4 monitors.

I would sure appreciate some feedback from anyone in the company who is monitoring this forum.
