I'm almost sure the Apply To All bug that I reported in one of the first versions was fixed somewhere along the line. But it seems to have sprung up again in part in 2195.
Apply To All, instead of applying a change in one chart to all charts on a page, is applying all of the chart's settings to all the other charts.
In the attached the settings in charts 1 and 2 were saved and they were the only charts on the page. Then in chart 2 I changed only the color of the text in the y-axis from red to green and then clicked Apply To All. So instead of just the text changing color in both charts, all the other settings in chart 1 also changed. So chart 2 changed to the settings seen in chart 4 as it should have, but all of chart 1's settings changed to what is seen in chart 3.
In the original bug the Chart Type also changed.
