Spread Symbol Settings - Input Problem

Hi,

Spread Symbols Settings are not working anymore for me.

When I try to add a new spread I get the following error:

Error

This name is already an existing symbol


Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I have done a clean reinstall and the problem continues.
