eS11 Chart Defaults

In eS11 I want to be able to define a default chart (say a daily with multiple indicators) and then apply that default to other daily charts on different tabs.
I can see how to set a default but I don't understand how to now apply that default to another chart. I see the "Apply to All" selection under Format Object...More but nothing happens.
Is this my misunderstanding or is this not implemented yet?
