Titlebar doesn't revert to hidden

If you have a chart that is saved with the titlebar hidden and maximize that chart, when you restore it to its original position the titlebar remains shown rather than returning to its hidden state as it does in 10.6. Rather inconveinent having to close each titlebar when going through a number of charts.
