10.6, Data Manager works but eSignal shuts down as soon as it recives data

I am a bit of a noob to esignal but I feel I may have subscribed to a data only feed. The data manager works perfectly and I can use the Symbol Monitor but when I open esignal, esignal gets the green light for data, draws the charts and then closes down.

Any thoughts much appreciated?

I have used another subscription and it works so perhaps it is just my data feed.

It does sound like you have a "data manager only" type of acct with us. Those accounts automatically get the eSignal inhibit bit that prevents the eSignal application from running. You can upgrade to eSignal Premier to get our application AND the 3p to work at the same time.

Thanks for this, I have cancelled my original subscription because the upgrade process was thinking I wanted another login and was complaining about duplicate accounts.

I have subscribed to the premier and will update this post it if works.
