I've got a few EFS studies running on a reasonably large number of computers but recently two users have reported:
"Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\eSignal\WinSig.ext
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information"
I would have posted a screen shot but no matter what I did I could not get Attach File: to work.
One of them was running Windows Paralled for Mac but the other was not.
My instinct is to get them to reinstall eSignal 10 but first I was wondering if I've missed anything?
