I just gotta say .. I've been a happy guy recently. I've been running two 10.6's simultaneously for a couple of months now, and have had only one 5 second freeze up (on one 10.6). What a pleasure!!! And the simultaneouls triggering of HOD and LOD alerts has stopped too!. No more needing to load a mini version of my layout for the first (high activity) hour and then the full version after that.
It took a while to figure out how to prevent duplicate price alerts, but after trial and error that is fixed and I see no apparent downside to running the two 10.6 apps together.
My quad core i7 computer was not useful in running multi-threaded 11.x with so many previous features not yet included, but it is doing great for running two 10.6's. And the addition of market internals has made it even better.
I'll watch for when I can start phasing into 11.x, but for now I'm not stressing about it.
