  • Forex Data - GTIS Problem

    Hi,
    I've purchased GTIS service from my account, however i get "Not Entitled" message in my fx charts with corresponding GTIS symbols (ex: EUR A0-FX, JPY A0-FX, XAU A0-FX ...). What am i doing wrong? (I've restarted data provider and e-signal)

    Those symbols look correct (most common mistake is using an O versus a zero as the delivery month). I would log onto Account Maintenance and make sure the GTIS service is actually active and started. If still no luck, try our LiveRep service or give us a call. It's Memorial Day in the US so our US Support office is closed but support from our Australian office will begin in roughly 4 hours.
