Which file is being referenced by time templates for automatic start/end times?

The Philippine stock market opens at 9:30am for quite some time now, but the Auto time template still make my chart data start at 10:00am each day.

The Auto Time Template is controlled by spec file which is maintained at the server level. AWe've submitted a change request to have the opening hour for the Philippine Stock Exchange changed from 10 AM to 9:30 AM PHT.

Would you also submit a request to have the spec file adjusted for the opening & closing time for the Forex market to suit the Australian East Coast time zone (UTC + 10). The Fx market closes at 7:00AM Sat & opens at 5:00AM Mon local time.

PS. Please also adjust for YM #F whose opening time is 8:00AM Mon & closes at 6:25AM Sat local time (UTC +10)
