Looks like you have an OnDemand subscription which does not include access to the Hot Spot Forex feed. You'll need to upgrade to Premier, then add GTIS Forex and then Hot Spot. It's only available to professional subscribers, btw. You may just want to call into Sales or Service and we can help you directly.

    Thanks.

Ok thanks for the help Scott. Can I ask is there any benifit from using Hot Spot or even GTIS? I trade using Tick volume which is my main indicator for taking trades. I have been using Barclays data on esignal and it works ok the one thing i want most of all is the best data possible so is GTIS and then Hot Spot the way to go?

That's sort of tough to answer from a pure data standpoint. All our Forex data comes via our GTIS feed. GTIS acts as a consolidator of many different feeds (close to 200 banks and brokers) so GTIS offers deep and broad currency pricing. All the prices are quotes (bid/ask) and not trades and often referred to as indicative pricing.

Since we also offer single contributor quotes from Barclays, Gain, etc you can get closer to actionable prices by following the quotes from a specific source. That said, whether those prices and PIP spreads are optimal, depends on the broker.
