crosshair disappears

hi,

in 11.2 sometimes (about 5-10 times a day) the crosshair disappears. so i have to reload the page and it is back again.

please fix this bug. if you need more informations, feel free to contact me.

Sorry for the late response. If you are still experiencing the same problem, please make sure that you are running the latest version of eSignal 11.2 released build 2399 dated 7/28/11.

If you are running that version and still experiencing the problem,

- Are you following Futures? Which Symbols?
- Are you using EFS? If using EFS, Can you provide the/those EFS?
- Is this happening on charts that were running for a while?
How long were those charts open?
- If problem persists, would you be able to provide the page and
EFS?
