Symbol Not Entitled problem

Hi I just brought/subscribe eSignal 11.2 and when I type in symbols in the watch list like GOOG , WMT or APPL. It says

"GOOG,GOOG, D(Dynamic), O:n/a, H:n/a, L:n/a, C:n/a [Not Entitled]

How do I fix it. I'm a beginner so please use easy language

It sounds like you may not have NYSE and NASDAQ enabled on your acct. You can double check your account on Account Maintenance or contact our Customer Service team for addt'l assistance.
