    I do not know whether this matters is proper for this section.

    Due to some credit card payment issues, my subscription is stopped now. Of course I got a mail and used the restart account link. Unfortunately the restart attempt failed because of insufficient balance in my account. The liverep feature is not working for me. So used email support feature. No reply in 4 days. Yesterday, I used the report incident feature in account maintenance. No reply. I am a subscriber for a few years. Is this the recent brand name chage's value addition. I do not like to wait in que on phone for long times, when I make overseas calls.

      A couple of hours after posting this thread, got a call from customer service.
