What is the best way to Fresh Install new version 10.6.2425.

The easiest solution would be to install the new version on top of the existing one.
If for whatever reason you instead want to run a clean install then first uninstall the existing version. You can find detailed instructions for a complete uninstall in the eSignal KnowledgeBase by searching for the words uninstall esignal (there are specific instructions for Windows 7/Vista or Windows XP/2000).
Then run the installer for the new version. If you are using Windows 7/Vista you should also search for articles regarding compatibility with those operating systems
