OnDemand quotes states "not entitled"

About 2-3 days ago all my futures quotes, (NQ #F, ES #F, ZN #F, 6E #F, etc) began showing "not entitled" on my charts if I try plotting anything intraday timeframes! What is the problem??? I am really getting frustrated with eSignal. I've been a subscriber since the days of FM service. I downgraded to OnDemand when it was released because I found better real-time services for lower fees. If this can't be corrected it may finally be the last straw forcing me to leave completely
