Tick charts on 11.3 ?

I started a chart, selected "1T" as the interval and...well, it just shows a single tick.

What happened to the esignal "tick chart," that had nice lines showing bid and ask, and a dot for each tick on those lines?

Although all the tick intervals are already in the eSignal 11.3 program, we do not currently have the "T" interval charts from 10.6 in there. These will be added with the 11.4 update. This should be released early 2012.
