Not Entitled

Hi, I have been experimenting with ver 11 to see if it is anywhere near usable. I am wondering why I receive "Not Entitled" for many symbols I was entitled to on an end of day basis. Such as futures daily charts such as ES #F NQ #F etc. Also LSE listed stocks such as ENRC-LON etc. I did see another post which seemed to describe a similar problem with someones esignal on demand, but since I have esignal premier and subscriptions to live US data, I thought this should not be mixed with that

Access to EOD data that you don't otherwise subscribe to was a by-product of the way our History servers interacted with the 10.xx series. The History servers have been upgraded as has the desktop with the 11 series. We are hoping to release OnDemand data for eSignal RT subs so you'll get a snap quote, daily charts AND intraday charts. Early next year I suspect but could be sooner.
