    Hello,

    Lately, my charts have been repeatedly showing NO TS or NO HS non stop. I'm assuming I am having a bad connection to the esignal servers... my internet connection however is fine.

    How can I fix this?

    connection dropping

    Yes, this does generally mean that the connection to our servers is periodically being dropped. There are a few different things that could be causing this. Some personal anti-virus or security programs have been known to cause this if they are properly set up to allow eSignal through. Also, it could be ISP or router related. These are things that would have to be tested by our tech support team. You can PM me your username and I can check some general things here to see if I see an issue.
