I just linked Esignal to Lightspeed for the first time. Each time I switch Market Maker boxes now on Lightspeed, the charts change. However I also hear a 'Beep' coming from Lightspeed which is really annoying. Any suggestions on how to get rid of that alert from Lightspeed?

We've contacted lightspeed here and the only sounds they say they have are their alerts. This is similar to eSignal, so I'm not sure what this sound could be. Is there a hidden error message coming up in the background or something?Thank you,

I had the same problem a few years ago when I first linked LS to Esignal. All you have to do is go into your Windows system sounds and deactivate the default beep...Comment
