Crash Report window

This morning when 11 crashed I had a potential trade, so I wasn't able to fill in the crash report at the time. For the first time ever I clicked the Send Later button and the window disappeared.
Later when I had time I looked everywhere for the crash report form but couldn't find it. So I guessed that it would pop up when I closed 11. However, before closing 11 it crashed again. So the original crash report was lost forever.
My question is how do you bring up the crash report window after you have selected Send Later?

With the eSignal crash reporter if you click send now the crash report is sent directly to our crash server immediatly so our developers can take a look. If you select send later the report isn't sent till the next start up of the eSignal program. These logs are also saved on the local machine in the following path.
