Custom Hot Lists

Is it possible to create custom Hot Lists based on my own indicator values or parameters using EFS?

I believe this is something that we are looking into adding with the new scanners being developed. It is not possible right now using the hot lists. These lists are built server side and not controlled by the application itself.
