esignal server and NTP servers

my esignal version is 10.6. and i deal with forex.
Today,
why is there a difference of six secondes
in advance between this
esignal datetime
and my four metatrader 4 application
with FXCM,GAIN,FXCC,GFT ?
and also with the french NTP servers?
in other words,
the ticks are the same between FXCM metatrader4 and FXCM esignal but not
the datetime info.
So I would like to know:
on which NTP Server does Esignal
synchronize his time ?
and how many times a day ?

Do you have your Data Manager set to sync with your computer clock? You can check this by brining up the DM and clicking on Data>>Time. If the checkmark is already in this box then you'll want to resync your computer clock if you have it getting time from a server and see if this fixes the issue.

If you are still seeing the time as being off by a few seconds then you may want to contact our tech support team. This shouldn't be happening and one of our reps should be able to get this fixed for you.

Esignal was on all day long.
I changed nothing at all,
and this evening, my computer clock was correct no seconds late or in advance.
Now, I answer to your question:
my data manager (DM) was already set to sync with my computer clock.
Now, one information for you:
Yesterday, everytime i made my computer
getting time from the french NTP server, everytime esignal change my computer clock with 6 seconds in advance.

now,my DM will not be able to sync with my computer clock.It is more safe.

Question :
in metatrader 4, for each tick, we can know the time of this tick with
instruction Market_info(symbol,Mode_Time)
in Esignal Time and sales window, we can read the server time of the tick,
but i do not find an efs instruction to get the server time of the tick?

How are the results if you uncheck the DM sync charkmark box? Does that help with the issue at all? Please let me know.
