How to add % Change histogram-bar in Watch List?

Is it possible to add a column in a Watch List that shows % Change as a green or red bar?

Here's a picture of what I'm after.

This is something that could be done with an EFS file on the watch list. Currently I'm unable to find one already built, but I will put in the request a new feature for you.
