Point & Figure Tick Chart

While trying to format an ES tick chart in PnF .25x3 I have no capacity to do this in a tick time series. All I get is little black marks at the very top of the chart. In the classical sense of PnF this should be a simple process which forces the chart to update in realtime rather than at the selected source (example: close). Any suggestions as to why I cannot even get a price scale with a tick interval? This is not an issue with other chart providers.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say you are not getting a price scale with the tick interval. I recommended contacting our tech support team to get assistance with this. This doesn't sound like normal behavior of the program.
