Countdown for Tick Charts

How do you get the countdown to work on Tick charts.

I am using V11.5.2964.788 32bit

The countdown works on Volume and minute charts

For anyone that may find a tick countdown useful on their charts and cannot wait for the feature to be added to eSignal, I have written an efs that will do the job.

When will Esignal have a built-in countdown in tick based charts?

In time and volume based intraday charts you can use a countdown built into Esignal. However for tick based charts it is not available. When will this feature be available so that all charts have this capability?

I believe this a feature that we are working on adding to a future release of the program. I do not have an exact build number for when this will be put in just yet.

Is this so difficult to do? I asked about it back in February 2013. Since then there have been a number of releases. It is inconsistent not to have this built in feature for tick based charts when it is available for volume and time based intraday charts.

The simple answer to this is, no, it's not difficult to do. It's a feature that is coming in a later release of the program, there are already EFS that do this so the demand for this feature hasn't been that high and there are other bug fixes and features that have taken priority over this. That being said, this is something that we are developing and it will be included in a future release of the application.
