Editing toolbar at top of chart window (not page / workspace).

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me how to manage the shortcuts in the toolbar at the top of every one of my charts? The toolbar at the top of my page / workspace is easy enough with a right click, but a good amount of time spent searching the help files and the forum have me no wiser for the chart window.

Unlike toolbars, the titlebar of a window is not customizable.
