Adding Permanent Lines on Chart

I have the %B on a chart and have drawn lines at the 1.00 and 0 levels. When i cchange symbols, the lines dissapear. How can I make these lines stay at the 1 and 0 levels no matter which symbol I switch to?

The only way to get this done at the moment, would be through EFS.
