  • Esignal has horrible support

    I have been having issue where i couldn't load the entire string of historical data. Using something like 60 mins, I was only able to load 1 month data in some of the underlyings.
    I have provided screenshot, emailed to support. In the beginning, 3 different person tried to tell me to try different things. Ensuring I was using the correct time template, I replied, then no one followed on the same ticket anymore.

    I asked numerously for someone to go remote onto my desktop and no response.

    horrible support!
