Very big file -- too big to edit

In my directory C:\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Interactive Data\eSignal\Trading , there is a file named "tradelog" which is 3,803,341 KB or 3.62 GB in size. This is by far the largest file on my computer and since it is a log-type file I suspect it is only going to get bigger. May I delete it with impunity? And shouldn't there be a house-cleaning routine that periodically purges it?

There isn't something that purges this file because it means that it would specifically selected to log all the activity regarding trading when the connection was set up. Do you use integrated trading? That is likely when this was added. You can delete this file if you like.
