Hi,
There is no "eSignal Bar Editor" in ver 11.** that I can find.

The above link has several bad links in it (missing the "x" after "asp").
When you manually open the page titled "eSignal Bar Editor" it states that the "Bar Editor" is in the "Tools" tab but it isn't.
Seems like the only option is to wait until it is fixed at the server. The trouble with that is that the chart "Auto Scale" is unusable so in fast wide range days you have to continuously adjust the chart.
