Emptying cache

Some while back someone told me I should empty some cache periodically to keep things from slowing down. Does anyone remember what cache you are suppose to empty?

eSignal doesn't really store anything beyond a shut down and restart. So if you wish to clear any stored information that's what we would recommend doing.
