This is a legacy issue with almost every new release. It typically resolves after a few minutes but it renders Esignal completely useless at the beginning and end of day. The programmers really shouldn't release versions that can't handle market volume.

This isn't something that we've been able to duplicate here which is why we take these on a case by case basis. Most performance issues with the application that we've run into are resolved by doing a complete removal of the program and then a reinstall of the latest version. Eric - Wasn't sure if I replied to this but I removed all unused EFS on charts and it reduced stress during peak periods during the day. The spikes have not reappeared. Thanks again for your always prompt replies.Comment
