A couple of years ago I wrote an eSignal Server Port Monitor which would display Quote Servers which were attached to Remote Ports 2189 through 2196 (the eSignal Ports). The application would notify the user if any eSignal Server changes occurred and would Log all changes. Occasionally, I will find an eSignal Quote Server which has "Data Gaps" and the eSignal Data Manager needs to be Shutdown so a new Quote Server can be automatically started. I have just recently incorporated the Data Manager Shutdown option into this utility and I have saved the zipped file to this Link. The utility is a 32 bit Windows utility and has been run on Windows 7 (64 bit) and Windows XP and should run on all Windows 2000 Operating Systems. The Utility uses very little resources so I just include it in my Windows Startup Folder.
