eSignal OnDemand export data

hi all,

I have looked into ways to export timeseries data via OnDemand product (I got it yesterday just for the purpose of getting historical data). However I cannot find the Tools after right clicking on a Chart, I also cannot find where Advanced Chart is, I see only the "regular" one.

Alternatively there is no Tick Replay to get the data from there.

Am I doing something wrong? Without data export, my purchase is useless.
