Add/Delete Studies From Insert Studies Window

Hello,
I've been studying the pre-recorded lessons for version 11, but am unable to find the following info: How do I add an indicator to, or delete an indicator from, the insert study window? Is there someplace where I can read more in-depth lessons?

Those are just the lists of the contents of the corresponding folders (in essence the same as what you see when right clicking a chart and selecting Formulas in the context menu of 10.6)
