4H Closing Times Change after DST

I've noticed that prior to March 9th, the closing time of my 4H candles was 03:00, 07:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00, 23:00.

After March 9th, my 4H closing times are now 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00.

I am in CST, and use the EST time template on this chart.

Yes, I could change my time template after March 9th, and then change it back in the fall. However, this is very impractical for back testing and looking at prior price action on the chart.

Is there any way to get consistent closing times throughout the year?

The only way to do this would be to use a time template within the program. I will submit a request to our developers to see if we can get a consistent ways of doing this in the application. Thank you
