No data coming in after server reconnection

Hi Guys,

I'm having an issue with esignal which is either related to the 12.1 upgrade or the switch to the new Eurex symbol format.

If I get a server disconnection, I get the pop up that says the software has reconnected to the server, but after it happens, no data comes into the chart. Even when the connection is green and everything appears to be normal,

This is driving me crazy. Does anything have a solution for this?

Hi Runningbear,

Click Options on the main menu bar, then select Application Properties, then click Connetion. Is "Auto-reload data when the Data Manager restores connectivity" checked? If not, please check then click OK.

Let me know if this resolves the issue or not.
