Ver 11 Paper Trading and related 64 bit speed

Hello,

We are still on Ver 10.6 and want to use our 5 years of TIC files when we switch to Ver 11

1) Does Ver 11 have compatible Paper Trading as functions in 10.6 ?
2) Can Ver 11 replay Ver 10.6 TIC files ?
3) Assuming Ver 11 can do Points 1 and 2, does Ver 11 64 Bit show some speed improvement?
