slow charts at busy market times

Is anyone else experiencing untradeable delays in intraday charts at busy/high volume/high volatility times ..ie on fast moving stocks...eg when a stock reports or in the opeing few minutes of a heavily traded stock...comparing the prices shown on the chart to those displayed and actionable on brokers feeds.

I made in a reply on another thread in this Forum in regards to slow/delayed feeds.

I used to get that all the time on my old Dell PC. I built a new computer about a month ago and eSignal's quotes have been solid on it here.....charts loading-solid.

I'm sure there can be many reasons why you're experiencing problems with your software running properly but a new computer fixed my problems.
Using eSignal version 12.2 64 Bit software.

The realtime chart may have about 30 secs to 1 mins lags during US stock opening time. But I'm accessing from China.
