Help with importing .efs file

Hi,

im a new user to esignal. I got subscription for classic on a friends advice. I need to use the supertrend indicator which is in the .efs library. I put supertrend.efs in documents>interactive data> forumlas > my forumlas.

When i go back to esignal i right click chart > insert study. i have 3 tabs built in , zanger and addon studies. The supertrend indicator is in none of these.

I contacted support and spoke to eric. Eric said its because im on classic subscription which doesnt allow customer inidicators.

I told my friend that and he says thats wrong he and a few of his friends are on classic and all user the supertrend inidicator.

I also went back and looked on esignal.com the second feature says "Advanced Charting with customizable Studies".

Please help or clarify the situation?
