Customized Quote Page Header and Alert

In a quote page, I have about 100 symbols. I want to set a
customized alert, say SMA(5) > SMA(10) (Simple Moving Average),
to track these symbols on a intraday basis. The time frame could
be 3, 5 or 10 minutes.

Is this possible?

I like the EFS, but seems it only works on chart, not on quote
pages. Am I right?
