Data Display Issues

I started 2 instances of the eSignal Desktop program (V7.6) on a single machine and loaded a 3000T chart in each program with a 0.5pt Renko box and noted significant variation between the 2 datasets which affects calculations. I also loaded candle charts to check if the Renko thing was the culprit but it does not appear to be specific to that calculation type as the candles were also quite different in the 2 charts.

The bottom line is that it is confusing to know which is correct. I have attached a zip file with 4 images for anyone interested.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
