  • flwg error appearing

    am new to ESignal

    after abt 5 min. the flwg error msg appears and interferes with the studies programed onto the charts:

    Error: local esignal data manager is unable to connect to remote esignal data manager
    how do I fix this

    This message is given when the connection to our servers has been lost. This can be caused by any number of reasons, so I suggest checking out this KnowledgeBase article.

      Hi,

      currently I have the same problem.
      The Data Manager can not connect to the "cm*.esigmal.com" server.

      But the strange thing is, that I can ping and trace the route to other of your server ( 216.23.227.9 ). Only if I want to ping CM*.ESIGNAL.COM I get connection timeout.
      It can not be an firewall issue, because I also disabled my firefall to check everything. Username and password are enterd correctly.

      What can I do now?

        Hello timbo,

        There was an internal problem that was causing the connection problem, which occurred about 30 minutes prior to your post (12:10am PST). The problem was found and corrected. Your connection should be restored. Let us know if you are still having any problems.
