Not to worry, we are continuing to update the new New Manager with more features.
I had the same problem of wanting it Popped Out onto another monitor screen. That is working better in the soon to be coming 7.8 release next week. You can save it Popped out as a default. And by linking it to the quote window it only opens one instance of it.
You'll see it get better and better with more improvements coming in 7.9.
