Backtesting (huge) PROBLEM

i just unistalled and reinstalled esignal as suggested me JayF (Super Moderator, i did it following all the instuctions that he sended to me) because i wasn't able to run the backtesting tool but the same mesage appears:

esignal strategy analayzer
unable to create XML parser object

and then

eSignal Strategy Analyzer
Unable to open C:/Programs files/eSignal/BtOut/......

i tryed to run just the esignal backtesting efs (btEMa, BtMovingAverage, BtStochastic) not other formulas. i have no clue what is happening because i have run more than 1000 backtesting before and all was normal


any help will be appreciated

The Back Tester requires an updated version of Internet Explorer to function correctly. If you haven't already upgraded, we suggest downloading IE 6.0.

If you already have this version of IE, or if this does not solve the problem, please let me know.
