use of historical data with no real-time subscribtion

Is it possible to use the historical data of exchanges offered by eSignal (exporting the data via the Active X api) even if you have not a real-time subscriptions for that exchange.
I do not mean the end-of-day version of Esignal.
For example: I have a real-time subscription for the NYSE (U.S.) Exchange, but i also want to export historical data of the Spot Market Germany.
Is that possible?

You'd need to at least have the exchanges you want data from entitled on a delayed basis. Delayed data is not available on all exchanges but is for most. Please see our pricing page for further information.

Can't speak specifically to the API but I can't imagine why there would be a difference.
